At Sornieco, we aim to make the buying process as smooth as possible involving our crypto mining machines. Herein is the policy that gives the ground upon which returns and refunds will be processed. By making purchase orders to us, the users agree to the terms set below.
Policies You Should Understand in Returns
Return items are accorded consideration under the case where:
- Received items other than ordered ones.
- Cases where a product is defective or damaged not through misuse.
In case of return request, be sure to contact us within 7 days from the day the item is received. Keep it unused in the original packaging with all accessories. We may request pictures or videos to help evaluate the problem prior to return approval.
Process of Refund
From receipt of goods, inspection will be conducted by the approving agency. From that point, notification will be given to either approve or disallow the application. If approved, then refund processing will be done either through transfer only and no cash or any other means. Please allow 14 business days for this transfer to reflect in your account.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products returned may include:
- Altered or used items.
- Merchandise broken by mishandling after delivery.
- Items returned where issues only were reported outside the return window.
Method of Payment
Currently, we only accept COD. Since we collect at the time of delivery, the process of refund will be only through bank transfer if the return request is approved.
