4. Returns and Refunds

• Only those items which we have delivered may be returned after being proved wrong or defective by reasons not arising from the misuse of products.
• To return a product, the customer shall contact us within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, together with all accessories.
• Refunds being due will then be made by bank transfer only. There are no other ways of processing refunds.
